We are a non-profit organisation providing an open forum for CNP merchants. This forum creates opportunities for learning and networking within a community of industry experts and merchant peers both through our LinkedIn discussion group, and out in the real world. We encourage dialogue and share best practices amongst stakeholders within the CNP arena by inviting representatives from the key acquirers, card schemes and payment service providers to participate together with their respective merchants. The CNP Payment Forum was created by European merchants with support from the Direct Response Forum (DRF) USA.

Who we are

We are made up of a group of volunteer CNP professionals committed to serving merchant organisations that process CNP transaction including e-commerce, mail and telephone orders, and recurring billers.  Together, we strive to improve CNP payment strategies Globally.

What we do

Our primary objective is to bring merchants together so that jointly, we can learn from each other. We do this by hosting an annual conference in May each year.  This conference provides CNP merchants with a unique opportunity to access a knowledge-base they may not otherwise have access to. 

What you can expect from our Conference

• Be provided with a platform to exchange ideas freely in a non-sales environment

• Learn about emerging markets and new Methods of Payments (MoPs)

• Discuss strategies for handling disputes and fraud issues and listen to merchants recount their own experiences during our live case-studies

• Through a series of workshops and industry presentations, merchants of all sizes can share best-practice, hear about industry trends and glean insights from industry experts

By providing a forum to exchange views, share best practices, discuss technologies and payment related products, CNP Merchants have the opportunity to discover new and better ways to work together and influence the direction of the operational supply chain and payments industry.

I am really looking forward to taking the Chair position this year and am confident that we can execute another educational and informative event in Berlin in 2010.'
